REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: February 14, 2026

This policy applies to all purchases made from LaterMail Marketing Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms below.

Digital Products & Online Courses
All digital products, downloadable content, templates, content packs, and online courses are final sale. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits once access has been provided. If you have questions before purchasing, contact csteam@latermail.com.

Consulting & Strategy Sessions
Consulting calls, audits, and strategy sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ written notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly services (including email marketing, review management, automation services, or consulting retainers), 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel. Notice must be sent to csteam@latermail.com. Services will continue during the 30-day notice period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Setup & Onboarding Fees
All setup, onboarding, audit, and implementation fees are strictly non-refundable. Work begins immediately upon payment.

Failed Payments
If payment fails or is not received, services may be paused or terminated until resolved.

European Union Customers
If you reside in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing digital products and receiving immediate access, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once access is granted. For services started within the withdrawal period, you may be responsible for payment proportional to work completed. To exercise withdrawal rights before access or service delivery begins, email csteam@latermail.com.

Chargebacks
You agree to contact us first at csteam@latermail.com before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated after receiving digital access or services, access may be revoked. We may provide proof of purchase and access logs to payment processors. You may be responsible for administrative or dispute fees incurred.

Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for use within your own business only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or create competing products using our materials. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and revocation of access.

No Guarantee of Results

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaterMail Marketing Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
